Members of the LYO-X team attended the Quantitative Systems Pharmacology Conference (QSPC 2026) in Leiden, the Netherlands.
During the conference, the team presented posters highlighting the application of quantitative systems pharmacology approaches in two areas of therapeutic development:
- QSP modeling to support the development of smart adeno-associated virus (AAV)-based gene therapies
- Mechanistic modeling of the alternative complement pathway
The conference provided an opportunity to share our work with the wider QSP community, discuss emerging modeling approaches, and exchange perspectives with researchers from academia and industry.
