We had the opportunity to contribute to the Master’s program in pharmacokinetic modeling at Université Paris Cité.
Matthias Machacek presented a lecture on PK/PD modeling of small interfering RNA (siRNA) and antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs), and Elena Garcia Montoya presented on PK/PD modeling of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and their clinical development.
The sessions covered key questions addressed by modeling, appropriate strategies across modalities, study design considerations, and how modeling supports decision-making throughout development.
Many thanks to the students and to Xavier Decleves and Alicja Puszkiel for inviting us and trusting us with these lectures.
